Jacqueline (Jackie) Martin
Ontario, Canada
Jackie is a professional consultant, group facilitator and executive coach who specializes in Elite Performance. She is committed to helping clients achieve their objectives without sacrificing their personal lives and truly has each client’s best interest at heart. Clients who partner with Jackie are accomplished professionals who know that with the right kind of support, they can accelerate their progress and reach even greater personal and professional heights.
Having enjoyed a very successful career working with industry leaders for twenty plus years, Jackie was ready for a new challenge. In 2001, she enrolled in a business coach training program offered by BCoach Systems, LLC, where she received her credentials and where she had the privilege of working closely with the founder, Mike Jay, on several exciting initiatives. While serving as Chief Coaching Officer, she worked with clients across Canada, the US, France, Russia, India, Spain and Mexico.
Given her natural curiosity to discover common denominators related to personality, performance, adult learning and cultural diversity, she has a true appreciation of the importance of taking these factors into consideration in any engagement. Her private practice includes recent emigrants from China and India.
Since starting her own business in 2001, Jackie has inspired individuals, groups and teams to take more effective action in both their personal and professional lives. In 2007 she was a regular contributor and frequently spotlighted guest on bizcoachingclub.com’s ‘Small Business Power Hour’, a weekly blogtalkradio show focused on supporting entrepreneurs as they grow their business.
Jackie’s industry experience includes working with companies in the fields of: Information Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Packaged Goods, Consulting, Education, Real Estate, Not for Profit, and Health Care. Client companies include: Essential Communications, BCoach Systems, Scotia Capital, Ontario Trillium Foundation, DBM and Hewlett Packard.
Jackie obtained her certification as a Business Coach through International Consortia of Business Coaches. She has written several articles that have been published. Topics include: “Optimizing Productivity through Mentors and Coaches”, “Trust – The Most Powerful Business Driver”, “Leveraging Untapped Potential”, and “Leadership Without Words: From Chaplin to Goleman”.
Jackie is Executive Director of the International Consortium of Business Coaches (ICBC); a founding member of the Governance and Ethics Committee of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations (ICCO); and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF).
